Comprehensive Mold Development Solution Workflow
To provide high-quality molds and products, our overall process can be divided into the following stages:
Discussion Phase
Provides review and confirmation of product appearance, material application, quality strength, and assembly precision.
Development Phase
Establishes 2D to 3D drawings (SolidWorks 2014 & NX8 PRO / E5.0) and provides 3D printing to reduce errors and quickly confirm appearance.
Molding Phase
After 3D drawing confirmation, combines with correct mold dismantling methods and uses mold flow analysis to solve problems.
Production Procedure
Utilizes software (NX8 & POWERMILL 2014) to accelerate production, combined with hardware (high-efficiency high-speed CNC) to shorten lead times, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure maximum precision through integrated production equipment, processes, and various measuring instruments.
